A landscape sensitivity study has been prepared by Lizard Landscape Design & Ecology.  It provides a ‘high level’ landscape and visual evidence base to both inform the Chartham Neighbourhood Plan, (CNP) policies and provide an understanding of the sensitivity of different areas of landscape across Chartham Parish to residential and solar development.
